Why reserve chocolates and BIG reds for today when you can enjoy them paired year-round?? A bit overdue, here are some shots from the latest and greatest from the world of Brady Lowe, founder of the Taste Network, sommelier, and artist of all things paired with wine. 

Over the past year, I've experience some UNBELIEVABLE pairings from all over the world... wines that changed body and flavor with the right cheese and food pairings.

For this last one, we added boutique chocolates to the mix of artisan bleu cheeses and "big" reds. Now I'm not particularly fond of reds, and especially not bleu cheese, but all together - WOW!!! Photos and words do not do it justice so go check out one of his tastings!
